Gazelli Art House Expands to New York with Chelsea Gallery Opening
This September, Gazelli Art House, which has locations in both London and Baku, is set to launch a new gallery in New York's Chelsea Arts District. The inaugural exhibition, titled "Put the Kettle On," will feature pieces from eleven artists spanning six decades, including names like Agil Abdullayev, Memo Akten, and Derek Boshier. Coinciding with Armory Week, this show aims to connect past and present artistic practices, from post-war art to cutting-edge computer-generated and AI creations. Founder and CEO Mila Askarova mentioned that expanding to New York felt like a logical step, furthering the gallery’s mission to connect artists, ideas, and audiences.
