Garage Magazine eBay Auction Features Jeff Koons, Miuccia Prada Items to Benefit CalArts

An eBay fundraising auction organized by Dasha Zhukova's Garage Magazine is currently accepting bids to support the California Institute of the Arts and the Garage Museum's Education Center. Thirteen international artists and creatives contributed items for the sale, including a ready-made inflatable dolphin from Jeff Koons and vintage Mexican boots from Assume Vivid Astro Focus. Other notable donations feature a skirt from Miuccia Prada and a 1964 Vespa scooter from Barry McGee. The auction, which follows a 'Garage Sale' style format, is hosted online at garagemagsale.com. Bidding remains open until 4 February 2015. Garage Magazine operates as an initiative of the Moscow-based Garage Museum of Contemporary Art. Proceeds from the sale will fund educational programs at both institutions.
