GAM and Castello di Rivoli present 'L'emozione dei COLORI nell'arte' in Turin

The GAM in Turin and the Castello di Rivoli have launched their second collaborative exhibition under the sole directorship of Carolyn Christov-Bakargiev. Titled 'L'emozione dei COLORI nell'arte', the show follows the conceptual 'Organismi' and focuses on color, with works by Lucio Fontana, Jim Lambie, Ettore Spalletti, Giorgio Griffa, and Camille Henrot. The installation is dense at GAM but airier at the Castello, where sculptures by Spalletti, large canvases by Griffa, and a pictorial installation by Henrot stand out. The exhibition is expected to attract large audiences, though the museums face severe budget constraints.
