Galetto Estudio's Pabellón Los Troncos Nestles Under Pecan Trees at Argentine Golf Course

Galetto Estudio has finalized Pabellón Los Troncos, a lightweight structure located at Estancia La Paz Golf in Ascochinga, Córdoba, Argentina. Serving as an extension to the clubhouse, this pavilion provides shelter for golfers on the 7,360-yard course while harmonizing with its surroundings. Nestled beneath mature pecan trees, it boasts an open layout and transparent walls that offer scenic views. Its singular structural design streamlines construction and creates a rhythmic contrast with the canopy. An elevated circulation area preserves sightlines, and a gently sloping roof shields against sun and rain. Adaptable large sliding glass panels cater to varying weather and events. The materials used include warm timber, slender steel, and glass. Lead architects Juan Ignacio Galetto and Bruno Galetto collaborated with Estancia La Paz Hotel, while furniture was designed by inventario and photographs were taken by Javier Agustín Rojas.
