Galerie Magazine Highlights 8 Solo Gallery Shows Across US for June

Galerie Magazine has curated a list of eight must-see solo gallery exhibitions across the United States for June 2026. The shows span from New York to Los Angeles, featuring a diverse range of artists and media. At David Zwirner in New York, Lisa Yuskavage presents her tenth solo exhibition in 20 years, including 18 new oil paintings and eight mixed-media collages—her first works in that medium. Fred Tomaselli's 'Blooms Disrupted' at James Cohan in New York focuses on the garden as a central subject, with resin paintings and New York Times collages. Karla Knight's 'Orbit' at Andrew Edlin Gallery in New York showcases invented languages and otherworldly symbols. Arghavan Khosravi's 'What Remains' at Uffner & Liu features multidimensional sculptural paintings inspired by altarpieces. At Locks Gallery in Philadelphia, Jennifer Bartlett's monumental 1985 installation 'Sea Wall' pairs large canvases with three-dimensional objects.
