Future Inventors: un nuovo metodo per insegnare le STEM attraverso l'arte al Museo della Scienza di Milano
The Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology in Milan has introduced an educational initiative named Future Inventors, which seeks to enhance STEM education through the integration of art and science. Maria Xanthoudaki, the museum’s education director, outlined that the initiative unfolds in three stages: engaging audiences with immersive art installations, deepening STEM understanding through hands-on experiments, and culminating in personal projects. Digital installations, themed around Pixels, were created in collaboration with artists such as Gerhard Funk and Michael Bromley. The experimentation phase will launch in five Lombardy schools, with effectiveness research conducted by London’s King’s College, supported by the Rocca Foundation.
