Fuori Luogo: Milan Exhibition Accessible Only via Airbnb

The exhibition 'Fuori Luogo' in Milan, running from April 14 to May 19, 2024, is a collaboration between the non-profit space Superfluo and the apartment Pianetabianco, part of the Cattive Compagnie format. It explores how private spaces become public through digital platforms. The project has two dimensions: one in Pianetabianco's apartment at via Privata Metauro 11, where contemporary artworks are viewable exclusively through Airbnb or by staying there, and another in Superfluo's window, transformed into a real estate agency to promote the initiative. The first intervention features photographers Gaia Squarci and Rafa Jacinto, focusing on intimacy and urban landscapes. The project questions how active and passive choices can alter the perception and function of places.
