Funder35 Returns with €2.65M Budget for Young Cultural Enterprises
The Funder35 call for proposals has returned with a budget of €2.65 million, surpassing the previous edition's €2.5 million. Promoted by 18 private foundations, the initiative supports non-profit cultural enterprises run by individuals under 35. The previous edition (2015-2017) funded 50 organizations across 14 regions in sectors including dance, theater, music, photography, cinema, art, comics, food and wine, and tourism. Funder35 aims to strengthen structurally fragile young enterprises through grants, training, credit support via a January agreement between Acri, Funder35, and ABI, and access to a dedicated crowdfunding platform. Proposals must be submitted online by July 1, 2016.
