Fundació Vila Casas Photography Prize 2026 Opens with New Format
The Fundació Antoni Vila Casas has announced the 2026 Antoni Vila Casas Photography Prize, shifting from recognizing completed works to supporting the creative process. The winning project will be developed over one year with the foundation's guidance and exhibited at Museu Can Framis in Barcelona in winter 2027. The prize is open to tax residents of Catalonia aged 18 or older, who must submit an unpublished exhibition project. The jury includes Carles Guerra, Manel Margalef, Sophie Köhler, Tànit Plana, Montserrat Viladomiu Pascual, Glòria Bosch, and Bernat Puigdollers. The winner receives €12,000, with up to three honorable mentions possible. Applications close May 31, 2026.
