The Row introduced a comb necklace for its pre-fall 2023 collection, and Loro Piana and Montblanc create pens that can be worn as pendants. Elsa Peretti's bottle necklace with a removable stopper remains a classic. Wearable gua sha tools are also available, and most lighter holders fit standard Bic lighters or can be refilled. The trend echoes historical precedents: eyeglasses originated as monocles or opera glasses. Willy Chavarria's SS27 menswear show even featured Marlboro cigarettes tucked into waistbands.
