Frestas Triennial and Afro-Brazilian Art Collection Highlight Issue 74 of arte!brasileiros

The 4th edition of Frestas – Triennial of Arts opened at Sesc Sorocaba on February 27, featuring 102 participants and 188 works, including 26 commissioned pieces. A collection of 666 works by 135 artists, assembled over a decade by two North American researchers with guidance from Pierre Verger and Emanuel Araújo, has been donated to Muncab.
