Frenzy Stair: Sepide Elmi's 2000 m² Housing Project in Iran
Frenzy Stair, an innovative residential and apartment development, spans 2000 square meters and is overseen by architect Sepide Elmi, with a planned completion year of 2025. The project involves a skilled design team, including Salar Keshavarz and Hamed Kamalzadeh. Supervision of construction is led by Aslan Fotouhi, while structural engineering is managed by Farshad Aghajani and Davood Hajibabayi. Ali Khazaee coordinates the overall construction process, with Bistoon Tile as the client. DIME handles the stairs' construction, under the curation of Miwa Negoro, with visual documentation by Parham Taghioff and the expertise of the Persia Photography Center.
