French prosecutors seek charges against Elon Musk and X over child sexual abuse images

This action, which assigns the case to investigating judges, follows Musk's noncompliance with a summons issued on April 20. The prosecutor is urging judges to formally investigate X.AI Holdings Corp, X Corp, xAI, Elon Musk, and former X CEO Linda Yaccarino. Should they not comply, judges may issue arrest warrants.
