French collectors oppose art tax proposal
The ADIAF, an association of art collectors, has reacted against a proposed law that would require artworks to be included in the French wealth tax (ISF) declaration. Culture Minister Frédéric Mitterrand has already voiced opposition to the plan. The ADIAF released a PDF statement detailing its position.
