Freedom as Form at Wunderkammern, Milan

exhibition · 2026-05-05

The group exhibition 'Freedom as Form' at Wunderkammern in Milan features four artists: BR1 (born 1984 in Locri), Alexis Diaz (born 1982 in Puerto Rico), Eron (born 1973 in Rimini), and Faith47 (born 1979 in Cape Town). Curated by Giuseppe Pizzuto, the show divides the gallery into four quadrants, each allowing independent expressive movement without a linear reading. At the entrance, Diaz's incised and material embroideries present apotropaic traces. Upstairs, BR1 displays photographs and a megaphone wrapped in barbed wire. In the main hall, walls host Faith47's dense drawings and Eron's desalination interventions on landscape. The exhibition runs until August 10, 2016.
