Free artist film screenings at Milan's Anteo cinema during miart Art Week

From April 12 to 14, 2024, Anteo Palazzo del Cinema in Milan hosts 'Comete. Avanguardie di un altro sistema solare', a free artist film and video series organized by Careof and curated by Marta Bianchi and Marta Cereda. The program aligns with miart 2024's theme 'no time no space', borrowing a metaphor from Franco Battiato's song to frame artists as avant-gardes of another solar system. Screenings run daily from 10:15 AM. Friday's 'Civiltà sepolte' section features works by Fatima Bianchi, Jacopo Miliani, Beatrice Marchi, Valentina Medda, and Ugo La Pietra. Saturday's 'Viaggiatori anomali' includes Corinne Mazzoli, Liliana Moro, Adrian Paci, Rä di Martino, and Driant Zeneli. Sunday's 'Continenti alla deriva' presents Masbedo, Caterina Erica Shanta, Luca Trevisani, Meris Angioletti, and Claudio Beorchia. The event is part of Milan's Art Week, which began April 8 and involves public and private institutions across the city.
