Francesco Carone's Itinerant Book-Art Project at Société Interludio, Turin

At Société Interludio in Turin, Francesco Carone (Siena, 1975) unveils an architectural and structuralist exhibition that interlaces over thirty works from diverse artists, centered on the notion of the artist's book. Curated by Federica Maria Giallombardo, the show incorporates volumetric interlocking, iconographic elements, and literary references that transform the gallery's internal interactions. Carone's ongoing bibliographic endeavor consists of ten parts, each featuring an original narrative, and includes new artworks, editions, sculptures, and photographs that challenge the physical and conceptual limits of the book. The only piece by Carone exhibited, 'Epilogo,' comprises a sequence of all Italian editions of Moby Dick. Featured artists include Francesco Arena, Stefano Arienti, and many others.
