Francesca Guerisoli appointed director of MAC Lissone
Francesca Guerisoli has been named the artistic director of the MAC Museo d'Arte Contemporanea in Lissone, Italy, as announced via Facebook. Selected from a pool of 44 applicants, she will serve a two-year term at the museum, which is housed in the historic Lissone-Muggiò railway station. With a diploma in contemporary art history and a master's in visual arts curating, Guerisoli has extensive experience in exhibition projects and has been teaching at the University of Milan-Bicocca since 2009. She has also contributed to various publications, including Alfabeta2 and Il Sole 24 Ore. Her program is set to be unveiled in September, with activities commencing in October.
