CEO Samu Hällfors credits this trend to offering "the right tools" that enhance the workplace appeal. The headquarters achieved an impressive score of 82.5 on the Leesman Index, which aggregates over 1.5 million workplace evaluations, outpacing the average workplace score of 69.5 and the typical home office rating of 79.5. Framery utilizes its office as a "live laboratory" to experiment with soundproof pods and innovative solutions. According to Leesman, 96% of employees are satisfied with noise levels, 99% with video call support, and 89% with creative thinking assistance. Hällfors humorously remarked on the need for better parking despite the office's attractiveness.
