Four Seasons Dubai Spa Partners with We Love Art for Meditation in Colour
At the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, The Pearl Spa and Wellness has teamed up with We Love Art, a Dubai-based organization, to introduce Meditation in Colour, an initiative that merges art with meditation to enhance mental health. We Love Art, established in 2013 by Denise Schmitz, focuses on making art more accessible. Christelle Besnier, the Senior Spa Director, highlighted this collaboration as an innovative method for fostering mental wellness. The sessions, led by both spa professionals and We Love Art artists, begin with meditation and transition into abstract painting on canvas. Participants can opt for either guided or self-directed sessions, accommodating all skill levels. The experience includes gold leaf application, and attendees can take their artworks home. Dates for future sessions will be announced, and private bookings are also available.
