Former UArts Dormitory in Philadelphia to Become Affordable Artist Housing
On August 12, the Village of Industry & Art (VIA) revealed plans to transform a former dormitory of the University of the Arts (UArts) in Philadelphia into 45 affordable housing units for artists.
