Former Haberdashery Transformed into Spazio HASITA in Milan's NoLo District

exhibition · 2026-04-27

In Milan's NoLo neighborhood, a former hat shop has been revamped into a cultural hub called Spazio HASITA. Haluk Terzioglu, the curator, aims to highlight modern creativity in design and visual arts. The inaugural exhibition, named Ex_Sistere, explores the complexities of human existence from personal, abstract, philosophical, and contemporary perspectives. It features art from twelve different artists, including Alessandro Pollio and Chiara Colombo, among others. The venue was purchased in 2022 and underwent seven months of renovations, maintaining its original flooring and fixtures while refreshing the space. Terzioglu noted that the shop had sat unused and abandoned for over a decade.
