Forever Is Now.04 Returns to Giza Pyramids with 12 International Artists

The fourth installment of Forever Is Now, a significant art exhibition in Egypt held at the Giza Pyramids, is scheduled from 24 October to 16 November 2024. This event, supported by UNESCO and organized with the collaboration of Egypt's Ministries of Culture, Tourism & Antiquities, and Foreign Affairs, showcases works from 12 international artists hailing from countries such as the UK, Italy, South Korea, and more. Notably, this edition introduces two parallel projects: AI artist Hassan Ragab, backed by Meta, and a video piece titled Evanesce by Saudi artist Daniah Al Saleh, which reflects on the golden age of Egyptian cinema (1940s-1960s) through machine learning. Curator Nadine Abdel Ghaffar emphasizes the inclusion of Asian artists for the first time. Previous exhibitions by Art D'Égypte include Eternal Light (2017) and others.
