Fondazione Valentino Garavani Opens PM23 in Rome with ORIZZONTI | ROSSO

Giancarlo Giammetti has inaugurated PM23, a new cultural space in Rome's Piazza Mignanelli, marking the physical transformation of the Fondazione Valentino Garavani from a philanthropic entity into a public venue. The opening exhibition, ORIZZONTI | ROSSO, interprets the Maison's aesthetic heritage through a contemporary lens. In an interview, Giammetti emphasized the foundation's mission 'Beauty creates beauty' and its commitment to fostering creativity, inclusion, and social responsibility. PM23 will host educational activities and cultural programs aimed at supporting young generations. The space is located at the historic heart of Rome, symbolizing the deep bond between the brand and the city. Giammetti also stressed fashion's role in promoting civic responsibility, recalling past charitable projects for hospitals and vulnerable families. The foundation, co-founded in 2016, now has a permanent home to cultivate beauty, inspiration, and future.
