Fondazione THE BANK ETS presenta il programma 2025/26 con focus sulla pittura figurativa

The THE BANK ETS Foundation, which originated from Antonio Menon's personal collection, has announced its plans for the 2025/26 season. This includes exhibitions, events, and the third edition of the THE BANK Foundation Award for contemporary painting, in partnership with ArtVerona. Kicking off on November 15 in Bassano del Grappa will be the exhibition "From Gonzalo Borondo to He Wei: New Perspectives on Contemporary Painting from the Recent Acquisitions of THE BANK ETS," curated by Cesare Biasini Selvaggi. The show will feature works from ArtVerona winners, like Paul Rog's "Starry Sky, 2025" and Gahel Zesi's "Attesa (from the series Marital Duties: Chastity, Fidelity, and Maternity), 2024." The Foundation focuses on figurative painting, emphasizing the human figure, and aims to establish itself as a hub for contemporary painting studies. Looking ahead, it plans to open Italy's first museum dedicated to contemporary painting in Bassano del Grappa through a public-private initiative, which will provide spaces for exhibitions and international collaborations.
