Fondazione Rusconi turns vacant Bologna property into free art spaces

In Bologna, Fondazione Rusconi has initiated 'Arte negli Spazi Temporanei,' transforming its location at Via Giuseppe Petroni into complimentary spaces for contemporary art from March through July 2022. Ivano Ruscelli, the president, seeks to turn challenging circumstances into opportunities for artists and cultural operators. The inaugural exhibition, 'Joëlle Jolivet a fumetti. Miss Cat e Freak Parade,' runs until April 14 and is part of BOOM! and the 59th Bologna Children's Book Fair. Following this, 'The soft parade' will showcase artists like Corrado Levi and Antonio Violetta from May 6 to June 4. The Academy of Fine Arts of Bologna will host Opentour from June 22 to 30, and Art Motel plans to establish a permanent lab from July 1 to 31. Fondazione Rusconi was founded in 1927.
