Fondazione Gi Group Opens Art Space Inside Milan's Palazzo del Lavoro

On February 6, 2024, Fondazione Gi Group unveiled a permanent exhibition venue named La Collezione, located in Palazzo del Lavoro at Piazza IV Novembre in Milan, near Central Station. While primarily designed for Gi Group employees, Italy's largest recruitment multinational, the space is also accessible to the public through complimentary guided tours arranged by Casa Testori. The opening exhibition, Arte & Libertà, curated by critic Giuseppe Frangi, showcases Italian Abstractionism through the works of 12 20th-century artists, including Afro Basaldella and Giulio Turcato. This exhibition is part of the Contagi d'Arte initiative, which began in 2020, reflecting the foundation’s dedication to promoting a "cultura del Lavoro Sostenibile." Chiara Violini, president of Fondazione Gi Group, emphasized the space's goal of fostering daily encounters with beauty to enhance personal and collective growth and promote awareness of well-being and sustainable workplace practices.
