Fondazione CRT opens Esponente call for exhibitions in Piedmont and Aosta Valley

cultural-heritage · 2026-05-04

The Fondazione CRT has published its Esponente call online, offering 700,000 euros in grants to non-profit museums, associations, foundations, religious bodies, and local entities in Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta for exhibition activities. Each selected project can receive up to 25,000 euros. Proposals are evaluated on cultural value, originality, youth engagement, accessibility for people with disabilities, territorial impact, enhancement of historic-artistic sites, fundraising plans, and networking with local or non-profit organizations. President Giovanni Quaglia noted that previous editions funded over 850 initiatives with 12 million euros. The call aims to boost cultural, tourist, and economic growth, especially in small communities. Separately, the Ministry of Cultural Heritage is promoting other calls: Italian Council (deadline May 7, budget 950,000 euros) for contemporary Italian visual arts, and Cineperiferie (deadline May 18) for cultural development in urban peripheries.
