Fondation CAB Expands Jean Prouvé Focus in Saint-Paul de Vence

Fondation CAB, founded by Belgian collector Hubert Bonnet, has evolved into a total environment in Saint-Paul de Vence and Brussels. In 2026, the foundation deepens its commitment to Jean Prouvé with the exhibition "Jean Prouvé, Inventeur de Maisons" organized with Laffanour Galerie Downtown, new Prouvé concept houses on the property, and activation of its existing Prouvé houses. The Saint-Paul de Vence location, opened in 2021 in a renovated 1950s building redesigned by Charles Zana, features minimalist works by Sol LeWitt, Ann Veronica Janssens, and Niele Toroni alongside postwar furniture by Charlotte Perriand, Le Corbusier, and Prouvé. The Brussels space, established in 2012 in a former Art Deco warehouse, currently hosts an exhibition on Art & Language and will present "Ore" by Paloma Bosquê and Roberto Freitas later in 2026. The foundation also presents "Abstract Constructions," curated by Gregory Lang, pairing geometric paintings by Nassos Daphnis with works by Rita McBride. CAB runs a residency program in both locations.
