FOG Festival 2020 at Triennale Milano: 38 Events Across 14 Countries
The FOG performing arts festival at Triennale Milano is set to return in spring 2020, showcasing 38 events spanning nearly three months. This year's festival will feature contributions from 14 countries, including 10 world premieres, 10 national premieres, 5 productions, and 11 co-productions. Designed to be both 'strongly international and strongly Milanese,' the festival coincides with Milano Digital Week, miart, and MiArch Week. Collaborators include Teatro Franco Parenti and Fondazione Giangiacomo Feltrinelli. The program delves into topics such as democracy, totalitarianism, and the interplay between humanity and technology, with highlights like Laurie Anderson's VR installation 'To the Moon.' The festival will wrap up on June 4 with Radio Raheem performing at the Triennale Gardens.
