Florida's The Oaks Estate Lists for Record $115 Million

Steven Lempera, an Illinois real estate investor, has listed The Oaks Estate for a whopping $115 million, a massive jump from the $16.7 million he paid for it in 2021. This stunning 90-acre property by a lake near Tampa, Florida, is now the most expensive residential listing in the area. The estate was originally developed by Don Wallace of Lazydays RV and features a 36,000-square-foot main house inspired by French Normandy. It includes six bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, and 14 powder rooms, plus a grand salon, a gentleman's lounge, a private cinema, and a top-notch family kitchen. There’s also a 72-foot saltwater pool, a spa, a bowling alley, and equestrian facilities, all behind a secure stone wall. Lempera previously sold a Miami property to The Weeknd for $50 million, using a similar strategy.
