Floralism, First Floral Design Festival Launches in Rome

festival-fair · 2026-04-27

The first edition of Floralism, a festival dedicated to floral design, is underway in Rome until October 11, 2020. Founded by Gabriela Grandi, also founder of Copihue Floral Studio, the event aims to support the floral design industry, which has suffered contraction during the pandemic. The festival features installations, workshops, and exhibitions at Portuense 201, with a jury of established floral designers including Alessandro Cambi, Dyana Tripp, and Grandi herself. Co-founder Donna Sangiorgio brings anthropological expertise, while partners include Manuela Tognoli of Label 201. The festival plans to become an annual event, expanding to other Italian towns with international recognition.
