Flightmode Exhibition Catalogue Design by Heather Lynn

The Flightmode exhibition identity catalogue, designed by Heather Lynn, is a print publication that documents the exhibition's visual identity and layout. The design team, including Prachi Khandekar, Lily Jeon, and Hagop Ohannessian, focused on the theme of solitude, creating dreamy visual spaces with blurred graphic assets to avoid revealing the artwork early. The industrial location inspired the layout structure, with clean lines and airy compositions balancing the heavier theme. The catalogue uses simple geometric shapes, white space, and negative space as structural elements, with contrast organizing the information. It features the Cirka font designed by Pangram Pangram, paired with weightless logo configurations, bright color pairings, rich paper textures, and line-work iconography. BookArt printed the physical edition with clean structural binding, resulting in a tactile collector's piece. Vincent Castonguay documented the case study, and Remi Carreiro captured the photodocumentation. The collaboration produced an open gallery space where solitude becomes a shared physical experience. The visual system works across all mediums, adapting to gallery walls and print, setting a strong standard for exhibition catalogues.
