Flashback 2020 becomes a diffused fair across Turin galleries
Flashback, the contemporary art fair in Turin, has transformed its 2020 edition into a diffused fair due to the worsening national health situation. Instead of taking place at the Pala Alpitour Isozaki, the fair will run from November 5 to 8 across multiple Turin galleries, which will host colleagues from other Italian cities in micro-exhibitions. The decision was made democratically by all participating gallerists. The fair's directors, Ginevra Pucci and Stefania Poddighe, announced that the physical edition at Pala Alpitour is postponed to November 2021, but all Flashback galleries will have space during Turin's Art Week. A digital version with viewing rooms will be available until March 7. Special projects continue, including Opera Viva Barriera di Milano, curated by Christian Caliandro and conceived by Alessandro Bulgini, with the next unveiling on October 30 at Piazza Bottesini.
