Five open calls for artists and creatives in Italy

Artribune Jobs, a platform for art and creative job listings, has launched a monthly column highlighting five current open calls. The first call is from Fondazione Matera Basilicata 2019 for an inclusive dance workshop led by Stopgap Dance Company, running July 23–27, 2019, with a performance on July 27 and a repeat on October 19. The second is from Fondazione Pino Pascali under the European project Craft Lab, seeking young artists aged 18–35 from Puglia for workshops in ceramics, mosaic, and textiles, with two cross-border exhibitions. The third is a call by architect Simone Micheli for artists worldwide to decorate 25 rooms of a hotel in Naples, with materials and accommodation provided. The fourth is the Bando Lucida, promoted by Open Care and Factum Foundation, offering a 3D scan and restoration for one artwork on canvas or panel. The fifth is from Fondazione CR Firenze, allocating €1.7 million across four thematic calls: Partecipazione Culturale (€200,000), Spazi Attivi (€1 million), Nuovi Pubblici (€250,000), and Laboratori Culturali (€250,000), with deadlines in June and July 2019.
