First (Re)Generation Festival in Veneto Merges Art, Wellness, and Thermal Springs

The inaugural (Re)Generation Festival will take place from October 4 to 6, 2024, at Castello del Catajo in Battaglia Terme, Padua province, Veneto. Organized by Consorzio Veneto Terme Colli Marketing together with the municipalities of Montegrotto Terme and Abano Terme, the festival focuses on regeneration, art, and well-being. Over 70 events are planned across the Colli Euganei area, including talks moderated by Camila Raznovich, yoga and mindfulness workshops, guided tours, tastings, and sports. A centerpiece is the exhibition "GenerAzioni. I mosaici in movimento di Maurizio Galimberti," a retrospective curated by Ildo Damiano featuring a new mosaic work inspired by water movement and the local landscape. Live performances by Malika Ayane and Colapesce Dimartino are also scheduled. Umberto Carraro, president of the consortium, stated the festival aims to highlight how natural resources, art, and wellness practices can transform lifestyles, celebrating the territory recently recognized as a UNESCO MaB Biosphere Reserve. The festival aspires to become an annual event.
