First Festival of Agrourban Trails Launches in Modigliana with Site-Specific Art

The first Festival of Agrourban Trails in Modigliana, near Forlì, inaugurates a new hiking network covering over 180 kilometers with 9 loop trails. The two-day event on July 3-4, 2021, begins with territorial experiences including dawn excursions, vineyard tastings, and village tours, then focuses on the Montebello reserve. This 320-hectare experimental forest, established in the 1950s, hosts site-specific works by the Clarulecis Collective (from Chiara Lecca's studio), Giacomo Cossio, and Verter Turroni, accompanied by musical performances. The project, realized by the municipality with support from CAI Faenza, Consulta Giovani, Circolo fotografico La Roccaccia, Decathlon Faenza, and Cinefood, assigns themes and narratives to each trail, with downloadable tracks at www.sentieriagrourbani.com. On July 3, the exhibition 'Selva Molle' opens at the deconsecrated Church of San Rocco, a dual solo show by Chiara Lecca and Nicola Samorì curated by Sabrina Samorì, promoted by the municipality in collaboration with Accademia degli Incamminati as a collateral project of the Musei di San Domenico di Forlì during the Dante year.
