Fifth Edition of Festival del Paesaggio Explores Home as Island in Capri and Pompeii
The Festival del Paesaggio's fifth edition, named 'Casa come isola' (Home as Island), takes place from September to November 2021 across Capri and Pompeii. Under the direction of Arianna Rosica and Gianluca Riccio, the festival highlights the works of artists such as Andrea Branzi, Cherubino Gambardella, Patrick Tuttofuoco, and Francesco Arena, focusing on the themes of domesticity and nature. Organized by Associazione per l'Arte e la Cultura Contemporanea Il Rosaio in collaboration with Anacapri and Parco Archeologico di Pompei, the events commenced on September 2 with Branzi's 'Frammenti' at Capri Palace Hotel. Gambardella's installation followed on September 25, while Tuttofuoco's billboard was unveiled on September 29. On October 2, works by Branzi and Arena were presented, with Branzi's project at Casa del Triclinio occurring in mid-October.
