Festival of Arts in Laguna Beach Returns with Juried Show of 120 Local Artists

The Festival of Arts in Laguna Beach, California, is back for its annual celebration, taking place from July 7 to September 3, 2026. This year, a jury has selected 120 local visual artists to showcase their work, complemented by live entertainment, interactive art activities, and complimentary art tours that allow visitors to engage with artists and observe demonstrations. Daily live music enhances the visual arts experience, featuring three new weekend series: Flashback Friday, Showstopper Saturday, and Southern Songbook Sundays, in addition to the popular Tribute Music series on Wednesdays. Notable events include the Festival Runway Fashion Show on August 9, showcasing artist-designed recycled fashion, and the Battle of the Arts on August 23, a live paint-off accompanied by piano performances. Paint and Sip classes and Prints and Pinots are offered on alternating Sunday afternoons.
