Festival della Resilienza in Sardegna: street art e rigenerazione urbana
The Festival della Resilienza, which has been organized by ProPositivo since 2015, is set to return to Nuoro, Sardinia, emphasizing urban regeneration and street art. Curated by Isabel Gollin, this event has grown from a five-day gathering in Macomer to a seasonal initiative spanning summer and autumn, with activities throughout central Sardinia. This year's theme, 'Editzione Casiddu,' utilizes the beehive as a symbol of community resilience. A digital contest titled 'Oltre i muri' for street artists, with a submission deadline of July 20, will be judged by local Sardinian artists and illustrators. Additionally, a digital residency for musicians, led by Francesco Medda Arrogalla and Moses Concas, will explore local sounds. ProPositivo seeks to address socio-economic decline and depopulation, engaging over 50 artists from 20 nations.
