Festival della Fotografia Etica di Lodi 2021 focuses on future generations

The 11th edition of the World Report Award | Documenting Humanity 2021, part of the Festival della Fotografia Etica in Lodi, will take place in September. Coordinator Alberto Prina announced the theme of future generations, with a special focus on childhood and adolescence impacted by the pandemic. The festival introduces "The Spotlight photographers meet the Masters" program, where the top three Master Award winners mentor the first fifteen Spotlight category finalists. The festival also expands outdoors for the first time in a decade, using public spaces to reach broader audiences. Educational programs have gone digital due to COVID-19, reaching schools beyond Lodi. The festival aims to democratize photography with affordable tickets (€15 for over 20 exhibitions) and a "photography bracelet" offering unlimited access. Prina emphasizes photography's role in combating fake news and giving voice to marginalized communities.
