Festival del Verde e del Paesaggio 2023: Nature and Happiness in Rome

The Festival del Verde e del Paesaggio returns to Rome with a renewed edition, focusing on domestic spaces that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual well-being while regenerating the natural environment. Gaia Zadra, creator and director, emphasizes the trend of creating happy homes accessible to all. The festival covers over 20,000 square meters at the Auditorium Parco della Musica, featuring installations, creative competitions for young designers, a plant market by top Italian sustainable producers, a children's program (Scuola del Verde), and the Balconi per Roma contest. Free lessons on gardening, low-maintenance and water-efficient gardens, and new cultivation techniques are offered. A special section on pollinator conservation, especially bees, is organized with Green Island Milano. The program also includes philosophical talks, botanical gourmet picnics, and activities to reconnect with nature.
