Federica Perazzoli on Painting, Nature, and the Influence of Emilio Tadini

Federica Perazzoli, born in Sorengo in 1966, currently resides and creates in Milan. Since 2000, she has been a founding member of KINGS. Her recent solo exhibitions include 'Mas que nada' at Galleria massimodeluca in Mestre (2018), 'Intermission' at Dimore Gallery in Milan (2016), and 'Pale Green Ghost' at Plasma in Milan (2014). Additionally, she participated in group shows such as BienNoLo (2019) and 'Casa d’Artista' (2015) in Milan. Inspired by her uncle Emilio Tadini, as well as artists like Francis Bacon and Gerhard Richter, she initially studied architecture before turning to painting. Perazzoli’s work often begins with photographic reproductions, and her installation 'Mas que nada' delves into the theme of memory through diverse materials.
