February 2025 Performing Arts Calendar in Italy
In February 2025, Italy will host a variety of performing arts events. Kicking off on February 1 and continuing until April 15, the FOG Triennale Milano Performing Arts Festival will feature three national premieres, ten artists, and 36 events, spotlighting international figures such as Caroline Shaw and Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker. The festival will explore themes of democracy and artistic freedom. Chiara Bersani has been named associate artist for 2025-27 by Triennale Milano Teatro, under the direction of Umberto Angelini. Meanwhile, Palcoscenico Danza in Turin will run until May 11, highlighting works by Cristiana Morganti and new talents. A triptych from Centro Coreografico Nazionale Aterballetto will debut on February 6.
