FAT FAT FAT 2019: Music and Nature in the Marche Region

festival-fair · 2026-05-04

The FAT FAT FAT festival returns to Corridonia and Morrovalle in the Marche region from August 2 to 5, 2019. Now internationally recognized, the festival features live sets and DJ performances by avant-garde musicians spanning Black Music, from Detroit techno to Chicago house. Notable acts include Shigeto, Mark de Clive-Lowe with Melanie Charles, Amp Fiddler with Dez Andrés, Hieroglyphic Being, and Kyle Hall. The first evening takes place in Morrovalle's Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, a medieval square, before moving to the Grancia di Sarrocciano in Corridonia, home to the Giardino della Sgugola. The festival's visual campaign, created by Rome-based agency MINE STUDIO, uses colorful geometric shapes to obscure landscapes, embodying the motto "You can't download the experience." The campaign aims to encourage physical participation over media consumption.
