For the Cruise 2024 season, major fashion houses staged runway shows at architecturally significant venues, blending fashion with heritage. Dior presented at the Antiguo Colegio de San Ildefonso in Mexico City, a site tied to Frida Kahlo and surrealist artists. Gucci chose Seoul's Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1394 by Jeong Do-jeon. Pucci showed before Florence's Ponte Vecchio, referencing its history and the Vasari Corridor. Louis Vuitton held its show at Palazzo Borromeo on Isola Bella, Lake Maggiore, featuring 16th-century Flemish tapestries and works by Luca Giordano, Raffaello, Correggio, and Tiziano.
