FaseModus Designs Biofilico Park for Lodi Archaeological Site

architecture-design · 2026-04-27

FaseModus, an architecture firm established in Milan in 2015 by Luca Bucci and Stefano Cellerino, is working on a regeneration initiative for the 15,000-square-meter Parco Archeologico di Laus Pompeia located in Lodi Vecchio, Italy. The area encompasses three structures: the Museo Archeologico, a 1,000-square-meter former stable; the Conventino, which underwent restoration in 2007; and a deteriorating bishop's residence slated for renovation. Backed by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Tourism, the endeavor focuses on environmental restoration and heritage conservation, incorporating augmented reality viewing points. It will feature pathways for cultural tourism and community engagement, a new library, and a connection to the Basilica di San Bassiano. Collaborators include 7emezzo and archaeologists led by Gianluca Mete.
