Fanny Hauser Appointed New Director of Kunsthalle Zürich
Fanny Hauser has been named the new director of Kunsthalle Zürich, succeeding Daniel Baumann, who is stepping down after a decade to focus on his career as an independent curator. Currently, Hauser serves as the assistant director at the Ludwig Forum für Internationale Kunst in Aachen, a role she’s held since May 2022. She co-founded the Vienna-based art group Kevin Space in 2016 and worked as a curatorial assistant for Documenta 14. From 2021 to 2022, she also taught at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna.
