Fanari and Masturzo Installations Merge at Teatro Elfo Puccini
At Teatro Elfo Puccini in Milan, the exhibition 'Fanari e Masturzo' presents a sculptural environment by Roberto Fanari (born 1984, Cagliari) alongside photographic and film works by Pietro Masturzo (born 1980, Naples). The installation features five figures in cotto iron wire by Fanari, which appear to emerge from two-dimensionality, and Masturzo's projection 'Libya, 2011 – A rebel on the front line'. The lighting design by Michele Ceglia and soundscape by Luca De Marinis and Raffaele Serra envelop viewers. Curated by Flavio Arensi and Ferdinando Bruni as part of the art@elfo initiative, the project results from a collaboration between Meetmuseum and Teatro dell'Elfo.
