Fall 2005 New York Gallery Exhibitions: Pearlstein, Phelps, Antoni, and Birnbaum

In fall 2005, several New York galleries presented concurrent exhibitions. Philip Pearlstein's show at Betty Cuningham Gallery on 541 West 25th Street ran through October 22. Danica Phelps had two simultaneous exhibitions: "WAKE" at Zach Feuer Gallery on 530 West 24th Street through October 1, and "Integrating Sex Into Everyday Life" at LFL Gallery at the same address through an unspecified date. Janine Antoni's work was on view at Luhring Augustine's 531 West 24th Street location through October 25. Dara Birnbaum presented "Erwartung/Expectancy: A Video Installation" at The Jewish Museum on 1109 Fifth Avenue. All gallery venues were located in Chelsea between 10th and 11th Avenues.
